Introductory Yoni Steam — 

New to steaming? This session is the perfect first step. We'll review your intake form together to understand your womb health history and intentions, then settle into a gentle 20-minute steam using herbs selected just for you. A nurturing, judgment-free space to begin your womb healing journey.

Follow-Up Yoni Steam — 

For returning clients ready to continue their practice. Building on your previous session, this steam supports on going womb wellness, deeper regulation, and sustained healing. Consistency is where the real shifts happen — this is your space to keep going.

Ceremonial Lingam Steam —  

A sacred, intentional healing experience for those with a penis, prostate, or masculine reproductive system — honoring the body as a vessel of creative life force. Your session includes a custom herb blend selected for your unique needs, a grounding cup of herbal tea, red light therapy, a lower abdominal massage, and an intuitive card reading to support your healing journey. 

Womb Ceremony (No Steam) — 

 For those who are called to deeper healing but are not candidates for steaming — this ceremony holds the same reverence without the heat. Your session includes an energy clearing, womb massage, red light therapy, a nourishing cup of womb tea, and an intuitive card reading to support wherever you are in your journey. A sacred container for those in pregnancy, postpartum, or any season that asks for stillness over heat.

Postpartum Steam Ceremony — 

The postpartum window is one of the most sacred and vulnerable passages a body can move through. This gentle, specialized steam session supports healing, closure, and restoration in the weeks following birth. Using a carefully selected blend appropriate for postpartum tissue, your session includes a soothing cup of womb tea, a nurturing womb massage, an energy clearing, and an intuitive card reading to welcome you into your new becoming. A soft landing for the mother emerging on the other side.

Couples Steam —

Side by side, held in the same space. Each of you receives your own private intake and a custom herbal blend — matched to what your body is asking for that day, whether that’s a Cooling steam to soothe inflammation or a Cleansing steam to release what’s ready to go. You steam together, in shared silence or shared conversation, and close with tea and a moment of reflection.

This is for the friend, sister, or partner you want in the room with you — healing doesn’t have to be solitary.

Group steam (party of 3-4)

A small circle steam experience for friends, sisters, or a chosen community ready to steam together. Each woman is intake-matched to one of the four proprietary blends — Hemostatic, Cooling, Disinfecting, or Cleansing — so you’re each receiving exactly what your body needs, even in a shared space. The group closes together over tea, creating a container of collective womb care rather than isolated appointments.
